Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Mjolnir Loaf
- 3 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Optional: 2 slices of cooked bacon or jalapeño slices for extra kick
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of Mjolnir Loaf.
- Place one slice, butter-side down, in the skillet. Add the cheddar cheese and bacon/jalapeño slices if desired.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, pressing lightly with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
